Processing Time Each piece is handmade to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for preparation before your order is shipped.

Delivery Times

• Slovakia: 1–2 business days after dispatch
• European Union: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Rest of the world: longer delivery times may apply

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

Customs and Duties No customs duties apply within the EU. For orders outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Shipments All items are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vranka.ceramics@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
