Return Policy
Customers (consumers within the EU) have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
Condition of goods: The item must be unused, undamaged, with all tags attached and ideally in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions — items that cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalised items made to the customer's specifications (e.g. ceramics with a name on request)
- Gift vouchers and gift cards
Note: Discounted items and sale goods can be returned within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.
Refund: The seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, but not before the goods have been physically returned or the customer has provided proof of shipment. The refund covers the full price of the goods plus the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option offered by the shop.
Return shipping costs: The cost of returning the goods to the seller is borne entirely by the customer.
